Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our claims and application processing. You'll be responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into our database, identifying and correcting errors, and maintaining a daily production log to track your progress. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Enter customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within our database software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Identify and correct errors using appropriate quality control methods, such as data validation and verification
• Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered accurately
• Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly
• Maintain a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented, providing a clear record of your progress and productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team and organization

Required Skills

* Excellent alpha and number recognition skills, with the ability to accurately enter data into our database software

• Ability to work quickly and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards
• Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 wpm), ensuring efficient data entry
• Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and leadership
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a group, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of your work
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift, ensuring that you're available to meet the needs of our team and organization
• Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying, offering flexibility and adaptability

Required Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and English skills

• Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity
