Job Overview

We're seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our esteemed remote team. This position is vital in refining and optimizing healthcare processes through precise data entry and operational efficiency. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into the QuickClaim system, identifying various document types, reviewing and confirming entered data, and maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system utilizing a consistent flow of images.

  • Identify various document types based on provided guidelines.
  • Review and confirm that entered data adheres to high-quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage professionally with team members as necessary.
  • Propose enhancements for process improvements.
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently to ensure all work is accomplished on time.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changes.
  • Detail-oriented and focused individual.
  • Quick learner capable of following both simple and complex instructions.
  • Essential to uphold the confidentiality of client information.
  • Proficient in reading and speaking English.
  • Typing Test Requirements: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $12 per hour

  • Available positions include part-time and full-time roles (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours per week required).
  • Shifts are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
