Job Summary

As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. You'll navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers

• Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
• Manage a steady volume of incoming calls and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules
• Provide exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for our clients and customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or college degree

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
• High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Equipment provided and must be hard-wired (no Wi-Fi)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
