Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Live Chat Manager to lead our live chat operations and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. As a key member of our customer service leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of remote live chat agents, developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of remote live chat agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitoring live chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to agents
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of live chat operations
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions
  • Analyzing data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • Training new agents on live chat software and best practices
  • Taking escalated customer inquiries and providing resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing remote teams and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and live chat software
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the customer service industry, with a focus on live chat operations

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
