Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and upselling opportunities
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need:
