Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in both voice and non-voice processes as required
• Professionally managing inbound and outbound calls
• Verifying third-party information using online databases for accuracy
• Reviewing and finalizing enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions
• Conducting data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates
• Ensuring all tasks are executed timely and with high quality
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes
• Computer proficiency is preferred
• Must possess an adequate work-from-home setup
• A stable internet connection is essential

Qualifications

While experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous, we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a strong work ethic. You will need:

• Availability for 40 hours per week, commencing immediately
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
