As a Seasonal Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and virtual consultations. You will be responsible for reviewing customer properties, gathering details, crunching numbers in Excel, and presenting project bids to prospects. We bring smiles year-round, whether it's helping homeowners reclaim their lakeshore or lighting up their holidays! Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day and providing exceptional customer support
  • Hosting virtual consultations via Zoom to discuss services and assess customer needs
  • Mastering Excel magic to analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out each project
  • Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure timely communication
  • Upselling and renewing services to help customers discover additional benefits
  • Closing deals by onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Staying organized by tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in our CRM

What We're Looking For

* Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (clear, fluent, and easily understood by customers)

  • Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for video consultations
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 3+ years of customer service and sales experience, preferably related to the landscaping or B2C service industry
  • Remote working experience (1 year required)

Tech Must-Haves

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer skills

  • Desktop (preferably multiple monitors)
  • Designated, quiet, and professional environment with no interruptions
  • Wired USB noise-cancelling headset with an over-the-mouth microphone
  • Hi-Speed Internet (preferably with an Ethernet connection. No satellite internet service providers)
  • Background check (paid for by careerzynith)

Schedule

* Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

  • Flexible days, including mainly weekdays and sometimes on weekends if desired (to be mutually agreed upon)
  • June 1 – September 1: 20-30 hours/week
  • September 1 – December 1: 10-20 hours/week (holiday lighting season)
  • December 1 – April 1: No scheduled hours (time to hibernate)
  • April 1 – June 1 (2026): 10-15 hours per week
