Job Summary

As a Senior Representative, Customer Service - Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and preventing fraud. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and composed manner.

• Build relationships with customers, anticipate their needs, and educate them on our products and services.

• Create a connection with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
• Engage in team trainings and help with operational duties.
• Identify needs and make recommendations for quality improvement that creates perceived value to customers.
• Listen carefully and connect with customers to understand their top financial priorities and to uncover products and solutions that will benefit them.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by influencing customers to learn about products/services that will benefit them.
• Participate actively in team meetings to help create a motivational environment.
• Promote and adhere to careerzynith policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws.
• Share recurrent problems and identified trends by customer input.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements

* Assists customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner and escalates to appropriate party if necessary.

• Builds relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and educate and demonstrate for customers how to utilize the various customer preference options.

Education

* Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

* 0+ years; Experience in Financial Services, Customer Service, or goal-oriented environment.

Working Conditions

Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

Base Pay Range

Minimum: $32,250.00 USD Maximum: $50,000.00 USD
