About the Role

As a Senior Service Delivery Management Specialist, you will work closely with our business stakeholders and IT service providers to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing service-level agreements, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Ensure delivery of services within agreed-upon service levels

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT service providers to agree on required services
  • Act as primary customer contact for service-related inquiries and issues
  • Develop strategies for service delivery that support organizational goals
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to service-level agreements
  • Analyze data and statistics to inform service performance monitoring and improvement

Required Skills and Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in service delivery management
  • Basic knowledge of system management platforms, service management, and ITIL frameworks
