Job Summary

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management or customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Passionate about sustainable energy and careerzynith's mission

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment
