Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media and Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our online presence, engaging with our audience on various social media platforms, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and engaging with customers on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting in managing social media content and campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Tracking and reporting on social media metrics and customer feedback to inform future strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure careerzynith remains at the forefront of innovation
  • Providing feedback to improve customer service processes and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including content creation and engagement strategies
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or social media management
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of content creation and engagement strategies, including video and image creation
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
