The Role

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for engaging with our audience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.   • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback

Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
