Key Responsibilities:

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

Schedule and Flexibility:

Earnings and Revenue:

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements:

To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you will need to have:

  • An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship:

As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. You will not be eligible for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, or unemployment insurance benefits.
