Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Entering application data, responding to online chat inquiries, and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license (not required for remote work)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be highly valued. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.50
