Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead Data Processing, you'll play a crucial role in developing new processes and workflows for our Data Entry Specialists. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating tasks assigned by our Regulation Managers to the Data Entry Specialists
- Organizing the working schedules of the Data Entry Specialists
- Liaising with all workflow participants and acting as the point of contact to progress actions
- Providing and maintaining documentation
- Implementing, optimizing, and automating workflows
- Writing requirements for other teams
- Conducting individual coaching and group training sessions
- Performing quality checks
- Managing your team
- Providing reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual Data Entry Specialists
- Training new Data Entry Specialists on the workflows
- Managing the Data Entry Specialist team
- Coordinating tasks and work schedules
- Performing quality checks
- Providing reports
- Conducting training sessions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with both Data Entry Specialist and non-Data Entry Specialist teams
- Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in conducting coaching, mentoring, and training sessions in a remote format
- Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of large language models (LLM)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in data processing and analysis
- Knowledge of data quality checks and data validation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience in working with cloud-based platforms and tools
