About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing and data entry tasks, including but not limited to, document scanning, data extraction, and data entry
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and willing to learn. While prior experience is not necessary, we do require the following:

  • Experience with administrative, data entry, transcription, customer service, or sales
  • Personable and able to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work at least 10 hours per week
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and functions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
