Responsibilities

The Travel Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Data Entry:
  • Accurately input and update client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems.
  • Ensure all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Customer Service:
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

• Booking and Scheduling:
  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences.

• Destination Knowledge:
