Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant - Data Entry & Report Generation for careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping our team generate and organize reports. This is an ideal opportunity for someone new to the VA world who's eager to gain hands-on experience and grow with a supportive team. You'll work closely with our team to identify which reports are needed and for whom, generate these reports using our internal software, and ensure that the completed reports are correctly entered into the appropriate Google Sheet or Google Doc.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with our team to identify which reports are needed and for whom

  • Use our internal software to generate these reports (we'll provide training and support as needed)
  • Ensure that the completed reports are correctly entered into the appropriate Google Sheet or Google Doc
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with our team to ensure that reports are completed on time and to the required standard
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs (we'll provide training and support as needed)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability during US business hours (preferred, but flexible)
  • No advanced experience required—just a great attitude and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Experience with report generation and data analysis
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., Google Analytics, data entry)
