Job Description
As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll engage with customers in real-time through live chat, answering questions, solving issues, and providing guidance on careerzynith's products and services. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a smooth and satisfying experience, all while working in a flexible, remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide assistance with orders, product information, and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
