As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you want to work. You'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing a high level of customer service. You'll be your own boss, setting your own schedule and working at your own pace.Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual customer service to careerzynith clients, handling inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct creative problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
- Document details of all calls and customer interactions
- Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
