Your Role in Our Story

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of careerzynith, providing personalized support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be crucial in building trust and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and quality of service

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot) and a secure home office environment
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new information

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with careerzynith products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Compensation and Benefits

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $21 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure customer experience, we require:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

Work from Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required careerzynith Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
