Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, primarily through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work independently, managing your schedule and workload, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or clients as needed
  • Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule

* Flexible work schedule options available, including part-time and full-time opportunities

  • Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs
  • Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, while meeting client requirements and careerzynith's business needs

Earnings & Revenue

* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour

  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics
  • Potential for bonuses and rewards based on individual and team performance

  • Proven track record in customer service, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences

Technology & Equipment Requirements

* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours, with minimal distractions and interruptions

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet, T-Mobile/Verizon, etc., and satellite internet service are not permitted)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space, with minimal distractions and interruptions

  • Organized desk area, with easy access to necessary equipment and resources

* careerzynith is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC

  • Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • careerzynith is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico

Contractual Relationship

* The relationship between you and careerzynith is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment

  • careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith
  • When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
