Position: Work From Home Customer Service Representative

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support, and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. You will also be required to document and track customer interactions using our customer management system and provide accurate and efficient information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Document and track customer interactions using our customer management system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and efficient service

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong ability to multitask and navigate through various computer systems
  • Comfortable working from home and maintaining a productive work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, psychology)

  • Previous experience working in a customer service role in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
