What You'll Do
As a Work From Home Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
- Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
- At least one year of previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
