Essential Functions
As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experiences through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job; you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our policies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and Maintaining Your Property and Casualty License: We'll support you in obtaining and maintaining your license, helping you build a successful career in the insurance industry.
- Working Independently: You'll be responsible for managing your own workload and prioritizing your tasks, with minimal supervision.

Requirements
To succeed as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Designated Space and Internet Capability: You'll need a dedicated workspace and reliable internet access to work from home.
