We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Facebook Media Buyer to take charge of our paid social strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling, optimizing, and managing high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and end-to-end manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve core objectives (including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness). Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage advanced Meta audience tools to build highly targeted and optimized campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and custom/lookalike interests. Optimization & Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics ($CPC$, $CPM$, $CPA$, $ROAS$, etc.), swiftly adjusting strategies and budgets to hit KPIs and maximize ROI. Creative & Copy Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign goals. Budget Management: Oversee, allocate, and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend distribution to unlock maximum returns while staying within budget. Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and team members. Hard Skills & Experience Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Facebook/Instagram Media Buyer (preferably within a performance marketing agency or a fast-paced product environment). Strong Analytics: Deep understanding of key performance metrics ($CPA$, $CPC$, $CPM$, $ROAS$, Retention) and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Tech Stack: Full command of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Creative Mindset: Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate those data-driven insights into clear, actionable design briefs for the production team.
