We are looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our FP&A team. This is not a back-office role — you will be embedded in the business, working side by side with commercial, product, and marketing teams, turning financial insight into smart decisions. Your main tasks will be: Own the budget, forecasting, and financial planning process for assigned business units Build and maintain financial models for commercial decisions, investment cases, and scenario planning Act as the primary finance partner for Marketing, Product, Growth, and Commercial teams Conduct monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations Evaluate the ROI of campaigns, product investments, and strategic initiatives Identify financial risks and opportunities before they appear in the reporting Present financial findings to leadership in a clear, decision-ready format We expect from you: 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a financial business partnering role A proven track record of working alongside non-finance teams and genuinely influencing decisions — not just supporting them Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel Experience independently owning a budget or forecast end-to-end Ability to explain complex financial topics in plain language for non-finance audiences Confidence when presenting to senior management and C-suite Commercial curiosity — you follow the business, not just the numbers Experience in an online, digital, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environment Familiarity with digital metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, MRR, churn Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Superset Basic knowledge of Python or other data tools What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; ​Health benefits.
