I am seeking a high-level financial professional to analyze and bring clarity to two related businesses: A primary operating company (S-Corp, ~15 years old, consistent growth) and second business (LLC partnership), which has experienced rapid growth over the past ~3 years the partnership entity has grown from approximately $400K/year to nearly $5M/year in a short period of time. Despite this growth, I am now experiencing increasing expenses, cash flow pressure, and reduced financial visibility at an ownership level. This engagement is focused on understanding what has changed over the past ~3–4 years and why. Objective 1. Where money is going across both entities 2. True profitability of each business 3.
