Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional CFO/CEO/Owner > Business Connections professional. In this role, you will leverage your financial leadership experience and network to introduce Impact Health Sharing solutions to businesses, organizations, and professional contacts seeking alternatives to traditional health insurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with business owners and C-level leaders, assessing their healthcare cost challenges, and positioning Impact Health Sharing as a viable option. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to refine messaging, provide financial insights on potential savings, and support the onboarding of new partners. The role is flexible and performance-driven, ideal for fractional executives or firm owners looking to add a high-impact, residual-revenue stream to their existing portfolio of services.

Qualifications

Strong finance and financial planning skills, including Financial Planning and Finance, to evaluate healthcare cost structures and potential savings. Experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to analyze and communicate cost comparisons and benefits. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, model scenarios, and support business cases for migrating to Impact Health Sharing. Proven background as a CFO, CEO, owner, or fractional executive serving small to mid-sized businesses or professional practices. Established network of business leaders, advisors, and decision-makers (e.g., CPAs, benefits consultants, attorneys, business brokers) who may benefit from healthcare cost solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial and healthcare concepts. Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, flexible, performance-based environment. Familiarity with healthcare benefits, insurance alternatives, or membership-based financial solutions is preferred but not required.
