• Receive periodic creative briefs with direction, references, and collection needs
• Submit designs by the deadline
• Selected designs earn 2% commission on net sales, paid on the 1st of every month
• Work remotely, on your schedule, alongside whatever else you're building

Aesthetics we're currently designing for: We work across several distinct brand identities. Right now, we're actively looking for designers with a feel for commercial women's fashion with a unique edge. Selling in the mid-range luxury space. What we're looking for:

• A strong, distinct aesthetic, our favorite part about this program is the unique designs we are able to offer our clients
• Comfort working independently with minimal hand-holding
• Range across silhouettes, fabrications, and moods
• Someone hungry to see their work actually produced and worn

Nice to haves:

• Experience with tech packs or flat sketches
• Familiarity with fabrication sourcing or garment construction
• Proficiency in CLO3D, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Any background in sewing or pattern making

• Develop original fashion concepts, sketches, and detailed technical drawings using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Create mood boards, color palettes, and fabric swatches to visualize design directions aligned with brand identity.
• Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to develop accurate patterns and prototypes for garments or accessories.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept through production, ensuring designs meet quality standards and market demands.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, pattern makers, and seamstresses to translate designs into finished products through garment construction techniques.
• Conduct research on current fashion trends, retail merchandising strategies, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications for production teams, including fabric choices, construction details, and finishing touches.
• Stay updated on industry innovations in fashion styling, graphic design, color theory, and sewing techniques to continuously elevate your work.
