Freelance Video Editor

We are Paradigm, a US-based financial services company with a 20-year virtual presence. We serve over 10,000 households and are focused on sharing our proprietary wealth strategy and technology tools with a wider audience. We are seeking a dedicated video expert who can manage post-production editing for our three content pillars: a weekly podcast (30–60 minutes), a monthly internal webinar (45–60 minutes), and a monthly client-facing live stream (60–90 minutes). The expert will be responsible for editing long-form video content, creatively integrating visual assets, graphics, text, and charts, and developing short marketing clips (5–10 minutes each) from the original footage. We are looking for someone who is passionate about video editing, eager to join our long-term growth, and able to deliver on fast turnaround schedules, with weekly podcasts ready for edit by Wednesday and final delivery by Friday and monthly content within 2–3 days of receiving footage. We also want to establish thousands more relationships with families around the country who are serious about their financial well-being, we have spent several years creating this technology in our proprietary frameworks and have backed off on our content creation efforts.
