To support our fast paced growth, we are hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to help keep our marketing department organized, efficient, and aligned. This role focuses on internal systems, processes, reporting, and support ensuring the marketing team can execute at a high level without operational bottlenecks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and keeping teams running smoothly! A day in the life of a Marketing Operations Specialist: Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (as needed based on workload) Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time) Maintain and update Asana to ensure tasks, timelines, and priorities are clearly tracked Create, oversee and adjust internal marketing systems or workflows as the team grows Support Marketing Director and Marketing manager on day to day task Assist with planning and coordinating company and marketing related events Generate reports and share updates with the marketing team and leadership Track and manage marketing inventory, office supplies, and related needs Order office materials and WolfSteel merchandise as needed Support general marketing tasks to assist the team’s daily operations Help document and update Marketing standard operating procedures for onboarding and training purposes Assist with the creation of infographics and visual marketing materials Support market research initiatives and organize findings for the team Upload and communicate what marketing content is being posted across platforms Ensure the marketing team stays informed and aligned on active campaigns and deliverables What WolfSteel has to offer: Supportive leadership teams that will prepare you to succeed Endless opportunities for advancement within a growing empire Ability to gain transferable skills for any future endeavors Things to bring to the table: Can Do attitude Willingness to learn and improve systems over time Motivation & resiliency A strong sense of organization and attention to detail A proactive, problem solving mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity Dependability and consistency in execution Skill Set: Strong organizational and time management skills Comfort working in project management tools such as Asana Ability to track, document, and improve workflows Basic understanding of marketing processes and terminology Clear written communication skills Strong research and information gathering skills to support marketing initiatives Ability to analyze trends, performance data, and market insights to assist team planning Ability to compile reports and present information clearly Team oriented attitude with a support first mindset Familiarity with basic design tools or data organization is a plus (not required).
