Technical Help: Act as an expert, helping users navigate difficult software systems and hardware features. Professional Attitude: Use empathy and a professional tone to make sure every customer feels they are getting a top-quality experience. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product launches and software updates so you can give accurate, real-time information. Accurate Records: Carefully write down all customer details in the company computer system to keep things running smoothly. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: GREAT COMMUNICATION & SHARP THINKING We value people skills and great speaking abilities. You do not need to be a tech expert yet—we provide a full professional training school to teach you everything you need to know. Language Skills: Native or C2-level French is strictly required. English Skills: You need English (B2 level) for internal company meetings and training. Location: You must live in Greece or be ready to move anywhere in the country before you start.
