The Fulfillment Leader leads a team responsible for delivery execution and operational performance across an assigned scope of suppliers and commodities. This leader is accountable for achieving business objectives related to on-time delivery, past-due reduction, and inventory performance, while driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The Fulfillment Leader will lead and develop a team of delivery professionals and coordinators, establish clear operating rhythms, and ensure strong execution of standard work, recovery plans, and process improvements. This role partners closely with Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Materials, Planning, and senior leadership to manage risks, remove barriers, and drive measurable business results. Roles and Responsibilities Lead a team responsible for delivery fulfillment performance across assigned suppliers and commodities, with accountability for on-time delivery, past-due, and inventory-related metrics. Set team direction, assign priorities, and allocate resources to support daily execution and weekly operating rhythms. Hire, coach, develop, and retain talent, while managing team structure, role clarity, performance, and career development. Drive execution of escalations, recovery plans, and issue resolution to improve delivery performance and mitigate risk. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Materials, and Planning to align priorities, resolve constraints, and optimize fulfillment outcomes. Communicate delivery performance, key risks, and mitigation actions to senior leadership. Champion adoption of standard work, process discipline, and continuous improvement actions, including closure of audit gaps and execution of corrective actions. Make decisions related to team organization, execution priorities, headcount within budget, and implementation of new processes within the team. Travel 50%

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a High School diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Supply Chain) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (ideally Fulfillment)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in complex manufacturing supply chain environments, such as Aerospace Experience leading teams, including talent development, performance management, and organizational planning Demonstrated experience managing and improving operational metrics such as on-time delivery, past-due, and inventory Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution, manage escalations, and drive recovery plans in a fast-paced operating environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present performance and risk information to senior leadership Strong track record of achieving delivery and fulfillment targets, including improvements in OTD and past-due performance Demonstrated success building team capability, engagement, and skills coverage Experience driving standard work adherence, audit closure, and sustainable process improvement Ability to translate business priorities into action plans and deliver measurable results through disciplined execution The base pay range for this position is $116,000 - $154,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close by May 28, 2026.
