Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry / Customer Service / Admin Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

Efficiently handling data entry tasks

to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information. This includes: + Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems + Maintaining data integrity and ensuring data quality + Identifying and resolving data discrepancies in a timely manner

Providing exceptional customer service

by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This includes: + Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner + Providing solutions to customer problems and concerns

Supporting administrative functions

to enhance overall office efficiency. This includes: + Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment + Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries + Providing administrative support to team members as needed

Collaborating with team members

to achieve collective goals. This includes: + Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives + Providing support and assistance to team members as needed + Participating in team meetings and contributing to team discussions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience

in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles

Strong attention to detail

and accuracy in data management

Excellent communication skills

to interact effectively with customers and team members

Proficient in specific software/tools

relevant to the role (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)

Ability to multitask

and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent

required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
