Job Description

As a Delta Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing our customer service experience. Working remotely, you will perform various administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring that our passengers receive top-notch service and support. Requirements  Must be a resident of New York State.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer software.  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.  Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.  Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Responsibilities  Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.  Assisting customers with booking and reservations.  Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues.  Providing administrative support to various departments.  Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.  Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.  Staying updated with company policies and procedures.
