- Project Coordination Assist with events, tasks, project tracking
- Research & Data Dig up insights, write proposals, analyze information
- Personal Assistance Organize travel, shop for gifts, plan special events You’ll free up 60+ hours/month for your clients, so they can stay focused on building and scaling their business. What you’ll get
- Starting Monthly Salary You will earn €1800 per month after taxes and social contributions – no extra deductions or surprises. The stated amount is exactly what you’ll see in your bank account each month, and it’s 100% yours to keep.

- 40h/week availability (160h/month)
- EU-based
- Prior remote or office work experience
- Tools G‑Suite, Slack, Asana, WhatsApp, etc.
- You’re already using AI tools like ChatGPT (and know how to make them work for you)
- High attention to detail + ability to move fast
- OK with both strategic and repetitive tasks
- Solid common sense, proactivity, and self-management
- Own a solid laptop/PC and stable internet Who this is not for
