We are hiring a passionate Healthcare Recruiter / Behavioral Health / Mental Health Recruiter! Bel Air Homes & CRT Programs – Los Angeles, CA Fully Remote | U.S.-Based Candidates Only $800–$2,000 Monthly Base + $150 Per Hire Bel Air Homes and CRT Programs are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter / Behavioral Health Recruiter to help us hire compassionate, reliable, and mission-driven team members for our mental health and behavioral health programs in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, building candidate pipelines, and making a real impact by helping staff programs that support adults in mental health recovery. What You’ll Do
- Recruit for behavioral health, mental health, clinical, direct care, and program support roles
- Post and manage job ads on Indeed and other platforms
- Source, screen, and communicate with candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Track candidate activity and hiring progress
- Help build strong pipelines for current and future openings
What We’re Looking For
- Prior recruiting experience required
- Healthcare, behavioral health, or mental health recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
- Experience using Indeed or similar recruiting platforms preferred
- Must be based in the United States
Compensation
- $800–$2,000 monthly base depending on experience and availability
- Additional $150 per successful hire
