Role Overview As an HR Associate at Frontier, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced remote environment. You'll play a critical role in helping Frontier identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means: Drive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines. Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar. Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines. Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Communicate status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders. Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent. Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer stages. Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields. Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management. Analytical and process-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail and relentless follow-up. Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus. Experience supporting remote teams is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Monthly Salary: $550-$700 (based on experience) Environment: Work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across a diverse portfolio of fast-growing companies. Location & Shift Timings Full-time remote role starting as soon as the right candidate is found. Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST)
