HR Coordinator - Managing Employee Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Elite Job. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing employee operations, including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and overall employee engagement. You will work closely with both the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.   • * Oversee and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • * Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • * Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems.
  • * Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
  • * Assist in resolving employee relations issues and provide support to managers in handling employee concerns.
  • * Manage employee attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
  • * Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
  • * Prepare HR-related reports and assist in audits as required.
  • * Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • * Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • * Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is preferred.
  • * High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • * A collaborative mindset and willingness to support various HR functions.
  • Experience:
  • * 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in employee operations or administration.
  • * Experience in employee onboarding, benefits management, and HRIS systems.
  • * Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
  • * Flexibility for occasional extended hours depending on organizational needs.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * Knowledge of HRIS and employee management software.
  • * Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance with legal regulations.
  • * Skilled in conflict resolution and handling sensitive issues.
  • * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • * High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
  • * A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
