Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Patient Support/Front Desk Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, handling a wide range of inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, to provide seamless support and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer calls, emails, and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals

  • Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift, providing accurate and complete information to patients and healthcare providers
  • Capture information and update systems appropriately, ensuring seamless communication and data management
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed
  • Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's products and services, enabling you to provide informed and accurate support to patients and healthcare providers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
