Key Responsibilities:

As an Email Chat Support Representative at careerzynith, your primary focus will be on providing clear communication and ensuring customer understanding. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Addressing customer concerns and escalating matters to the appropriate contact when necessary
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers, ensuring they understand the solutions and services offered by careerzynith
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

What You'll Be Doing:

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on careerzynith's website or social media accounts. This includes:

  • Answering customer questions and providing sales links
  • Offering discounts and promotions to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
  • Reliable internet connectivity

Hours and Location:

* 5-40 hours per week

  • Remote work online (English-speaking country preferred)
