Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements

- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Essential Qualifications
* Active Adjuster Insurance License
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and procedures
