As a Part-Time Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the USA, handling an average of 4+ calls per hour
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to cellular phones, billing, and general customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions

What You Need

- Work from Home Requirements: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS upload and 100 MBPS download speeds), a distraction-free workplace, and a location within 50 miles of our Louisville contact center
