Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to union members, educating them about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with members through various communication channels to ensure their needs are met.
• Work closely with union associations to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who desire to opt-in, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, union regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support to members.

Requirements for Consideration:

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required).
