Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & On‑Site Support

  • Provide hands‑on technical assistance, on‑site guidance, and training for customers and careerzynith field personnel on engine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Interpret and apply technical data, service bulletins, and engineering instructions to resolve complex engine and ground support equipment (GSE) issues.
  • Lead on‑site assessments to anticipate emerging problems, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions before they impact mission schedules.

Customer Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between careerzynith and all levels of customer personnel, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication of engine performance, maintenance status, and emerging issues.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that capture engine health, failure trends, climate data, and actionable recommendations for both internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • Facilitate scheduling of maintenance windows, coordinate workload planning, and align asset availability with customer operational timelines.

Analysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Review, analyze, and synthesize engine malfunction data to produce root‑cause analyses and forward‑looking improvement plans.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to influence positive outcomes, reduce downtime, and enhance overall fleet reliability.
  • Identify training gaps, develop targeted instructional programs, and mentor junior field service representatives to elevate technical proficiency across the team.

Strategic Influence & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Engage in high‑level discussions—both vertically within senior leadership and horizontally across internal divisions—to shape future product line support strategies.
  • Present technical and logistical solutions to top leadership, leveraging trending diagnostic data, risk assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses.
  • Support Military Field Service process improvements, ensuring compliance with defense standards and export‑control regulations.

Travel & Flexibility

  • Maintain readiness to travel to customer sites, test facilities, and internal careerzynith locations as required to fulfill mission‑critical responsibilities.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of field maintenance, modification, and repair experience on T‑64 or comparable propulsion systems, including hands‑on troubleshooting and shop‑floor operations.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to possess or obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in engine repair, diagnostics, testing, and the use of specialized maintenance equipment.

Preferred Characteristics & Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven interpersonal and leadership abilities; experience mentoring and influencing both peers and customers.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving quality‑improvement initiatives and data‑driven decision making.
  • Understanding of the financial and commercial impact of technical solutions, including cost‑avoidance and lifecycle management.
  • Experience delivering formal presentations to senior leadership, customers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Project management competence, including the use of metrics, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve program goals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, acting as a bridge between engineering, maintenance, logistics, and customer operations.
