Lead UX Designer, Strategy & Innovation (Remote)
ATPCO, a leader in flight shopping data, is searching for a talented Principal UX Designer to collaborate on bringing new data solutions to the airline industry. In this role, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and sales to champion user experience (UX) throughout the product lifecycle.What you’ll do:Lead UX efforts for the 3Victors team, including strategy and executionChampion design best practices across all stages of product developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedbackFacilitate workshops with team members and customersFoster a culture of experimentation and innovationPartner with UX research to uncover user needs and inform design decisionsCommunicate UX effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and presentationsConduct usability testing and analyze user behavior dataPresent work to stakeholders and incorporate feedbackYou’re the ideal candidate if you have:Experience as a lead UX designer in technical/design teams (5+ years)A history of successfully delivering software applicationsExperience implementing best-in-class design and development practicesProject planning, resource management, and Agile/Scrum expertiseTeam leadership experience (developers, testers, analysts, architects)Experience tracking project metrics and identifying trendsA strong design portfolio showcasing your contributionsKnowledge of ATPCO data (a plus)A bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, computer science, or a related fieldWhy ATPCO?Competitive salary ($140,000 – $165,000)Opportunity to make a real impact in the airline industryCollaborative and innovative work environmentComprehensive benefits packageReady to take your UX career to new heights?
