Learning &Development- Coordinator

May Institute is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support their training operations. This role involves managing orientation logistics, tracking certifications, compliance documentation, and ensuring seamless training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation attendance, reporting, badge creation, and training progression scheduling
  • Manage recertification enrollment, compliance tracking, and LMS documentation updates
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of training and certification records
  • Support internal and external audits with complete, accurate documentation
  • Coordinate training logistics including room scheduling, materials, vendor communication, and last-minute adjustments
  • Manage the L&D team inbox, team scheduling, supply ordering, and internal communications
  • Create promotional materials and track L&D invoices for fiscal accountability
  • Serve as the first point of contact for L&D inquiries, directing questions appropriately and ensuring timely, professional responses
