Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest mental health trends and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in mental health counseling preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
