Loan Processor Assistant (Remote – Part-Time | US Central Time) - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Loan Processor Assistant to support our mortgage and loan processing operations. This is a remote, part-time contractor role with training provided and long-term growth potential for strong performers. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative and follow-up tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ; - $300/month base pay (part-time support role) - $100 bonus for every successfully closed deal (eligible after 3 months of performance) - Performance review after 3 months with potential compensation increase based on reliability, consistency, and ability to handle workload (CEO approval required) Schedule ; - Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 10–20 hours per week) - Work aligned with US Central Time business hours - Tasks assigned daily based on workload Responsibilities ; - Assist with loan file processing and document organization - Follow up with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties - Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy - Track loan status and maintain organized records - Help identify and resolve file issues proactively - Communicate updates clearly and professionally - Support the processing workflow to ensure smooth closings Requirements ; - Strong attention to detail - Good communication and organizational skills - Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely - Ability to manage tasks and deadlines independently - Problem-solving mindset and ability to think ahead - Responsible, dependable, and proactive attitude - Previous loan processing or mortgage experience is preferred, but not required Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Works independently with minimal supervision - Is reliable, consistent, and responsive - Takes ownership of tasks and follows through - Thinks ahead and helps prevent issues before they happen - Can grow with increasing responsibility over time Growth Opportunity ; This role has long-term potential.
